Mmm Monday // Homemade granola



What we used:

4c rolled oats
1c wheat germ
1/2 cup flax seed meal, brown sugar, raw sunflower seed, chopped pecans, sliced almonds, water
1tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3c canola oil
1/4c honey
1tsp vanilla extract 

Preheat oven to 350degreesF. In a bowl mix wet ingredients: oil, honey, vanilla & water. Then, pour over mixed dry ingredients. Spread in a greased baking pan, bake for 1h stirring every 20 minutes or until toasted!

Store, and use in cereal, oatmeal or my favourite..Yogurt!
