"I served mine with braised pork, arugula, tomatoes, and crispy parsley. After I boiled the gnocchi I fried them in some butter in a non stick pan to give them a bit of a golden crust and then added a bit of beef stock to the pan with everything to make a quick a la minute sauce. 

 If you don't have the time to braise pork for 12 hours, tossing the gnocchi in a bit of tomato meat sauce and parmesan will be equally fantastic."
