Rice Wraps with homemade peanut sauce

I have been wanting to make a peanut sauce, but just haven't gotten around to it! I was excited to meet up with Plant- Eaters Club as she taught me how to make this increeeedibly yummy peanut sauce and rice wraps! Yay for veggies and getting your greens in this week!

INGREDIENTS for wraps

  • Edamame beans
  • Carrots
  • Pepper
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Enokitake Mushrooms 
  • Rice wraps

INGREDIENTS for Peanut Sauce

  • 3/4 c unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp braggs
  • 2 minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 pinches of stevia
  • 3/4 c water

DIRECTIONS 

SUPER easy! Just mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and voila! Your peanut dipping sauce is ready for dipping! MMM!

Cut up all of the veggies, and wet the rice wraps! Fill them however you desire and wrap them up tight!
