Blended Pineapple Margarita

OK this isn't too much of a recipe, but this drink is too yummy not to share with you! If there was one thing throughout my pregnancy that I often wished I could have it was a margarita, lots of lime, lots of salt. YUM! So i went to make one a few days ago and didn't have any ice, but a bunch of frozen pineapple, so I threw that in instead, and bam, it was a match made in heaven. This drink is delicious, once the pineapple blends up with the lime it gets really nice and frothy, it's delicious.

Mix together:

- 2 cups of frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 4 oz white rum, or another alcohol to your liking...or none to keep it virgin

Blend it up!

Make your rim nice and salty, pour course sea salt onto one plate, and water onto another. Tip the rim of the glass into the water and spin it so only the outside of the rim is wet. Then do the same thing with the salt. This way you don't get too much on the inside making the drink too salty.

This recipe makes about 2 servings, but you can modify to your liking! Enjoy this refreshing, tropical, Summery drink.
