Iced Chai's are a Summer staple (and yes, because it's May, I consider it Summer ;)) We made this iced chai using the ginger simple syrup (recipe here) to sweeten it and it was soooo yummy!
- Steep two bags of Chai Tea in a large mason jar. Let steep for at least an hour.
- Once it's chilled or at least cooled down, add 2 oz ginger simple syrup
- fill to the top with cream!
sprinkle with cinnamon and serve over ice!
Aren't these little mason jars adorable! I love the little on-the-run lids and re-usable straws! Been getting so much use out of them!!
