Healthy Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins

This recipe is SO great. It has no wheat, no sugar (other than the chocolate chips we put in there, but you can do without that ingredient). It is a perfect guilt-free afternoon snack! 

There are many ways that you can change up this recipe and flavour it the way you want it! This time I put bananas and chocolate chips. I'm excited to try them with pumpkin and cinnamon! 
You can put dates and cocoa in them as well to flavour them up a bit more.

Here is the recipe! 

DIRECTIONS:

*2 large plantains (ripe ones look somewhat bad, not like picking out bananas)
Put them in the blender with *4 eggs *3 tbsp of coconut oil *splash of vanilla *1/2 tsp baking soda *squirt of lemon *4tbsp chia seeds *allspice

You can flavour with cinnamon, cloves, cocoa powder, etc -works great with pancakes too!

Put them in the oven at 375degrees, and for about 20 minutes, check them regularly.
