This is a super basic recipe for an extremely tasty cup of hot cocoa! I looooove spicy hot chocolate, the first time I had it was at an amazing place called San Churros in Australia. Ever since then I've been hooked, I love adding a little bit of chilli powder to my hot chocolate!
We did about 1/3 a portion of coconut sugar to 2/3 cocoa powder. We used milk as a base and added the chocolate mixture to it. add about 1 Tbsp of the mixture to every cup of milk, adding more or less to taste depending how strong you want it! Mix with a whisk until it is hot but not boiling, being careful not to burn the milk. Add chilli powder to taste, start with a little and keep adding depending how spicy you like it! - Tegan
