Simple Eggnog Cake

Ok so sometimes you just need to cheat and use a Betty Crocker cake mix, I used the classic yellow cake mix, and substituted the vegetable oil for coconut oil, and used eggnog instead of milk. It's a no fail, great, last minute recipe, and this time of year, sometimes you just need that! Follow the directions for mixing and baking on the box. Once your cake is finished baking and cooled, drizzle the icing on top and sprinkle with cinnamon!

For the Icing, mix together: 

- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp rum extract
- 3 Tbsp eggnog
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
