This is our favourite hummus recipe! It's super simple and you can make it in under 5 minutes. Perfect for a quick afternoon snack.
All you need is:
1 can of chickpeas
1 chunk of roasted red pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
olive oil to taste (aprox. 1 Tbsp)
Throw it all in a magic bullet, or mix with an immersion blender, add salt & pepper to taste, and you're good to go!
