Mmm Monday // Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

What you will need:  

2 Cups Hazelnuts

1 Cup Dark Melted Chocolate

2 Tbs Cocoa Powder

2 Tbs Cooking Oil

4 Tbs Icing Sugar

1/3 Cup Coconut Milk

Preheat the oven to 350F. Spread Hazelnuts on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. When done, shell the hazelnuts and place in the food processor or blender, blend for about 10-15 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until you get a smooth 'Nutella' like consistency. If you have trouble getting it "spreadable" add more Coconut Milk as needed.
