1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 cup cinnamon hearts
8 cups popped popcorn
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Combine butter, corn syrup and cinnamon hearts in a pot over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Pour syrup over the popcorn in a large bowl and stir it up to mix the popcorn as evenly as possible!
- Spread onto baking sheets and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes for the candy to harden.
