Mmm Monday // Kale Chips

In my (Bethany) recent switch to a vegan diet I'm always looking for new recipes and replacements. Kale chips are so yummy, easy to make, and perfect to sit down infront of a movie with. 

1 bunch Kale

Olive Oil




Preheat Oven to 400F

Start my washing (I use trader joe's Fruit & Vegtable Wash) and drying the kale (make sure it really is dry otherwise you'll get soggy chips!)

Rip the Kale into strips 1-2 inches in size. (Leaving out the stem) 

Toss in a bowl with olive oil. Depending on how much kale you have approx 1 Tbs, enough to coat each leaf. Use your fingeres to run the oil in. 

lay spread out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and peper. 

Bake for 20 min or until crispy
