Mmm Monday // Donut Holes

 

As I've said many of times... I love donuts. And some wonderful person bought me a donut hole maker as a wedding gift (If it was you, let me know, the wrong card was placed on top and I excitedly thanked the wrong people!) 

You can get one of these Nostalgia Donut Hole Makers at Home Outfitters, Walmart, or Online.

Such an easy way to make donuts, no deep frying! It took all of 10 minutes and no mess to make these yummy treats!

Recipe

2 cups Flour

1/4 Cup Sugar

1 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp Nutmeg

1 Tsp Baking Powder

3/4 Cups Buttermilk

1/4 Cup Vegtable Oil

1 Egg

Step One

Mix Dry Ingredients

Step Two

Stir in Buttermilk, vegtable oil, and egss. Beat with a fork. 

Step Three

Fill pastry wells with batter. Cook for 3-7 minutes.

Ta-Da! Simple as 1-2-3. You can then dip them in a glaze add sprinkles, or anything you want! The machine also come with an injector so you can fill them with jelly, chocolate, caramel, cream, etc.
